What domestic shipping methods are available?

Holiday USPS Shipping - Domestic Orders
Based on USPS Dates. Place your order on or before the following dates to ensure delivery by Saturday December 24th:
  • First-Class Mail - Monday, December 19th
  • Priority Mail - Tuesday, December 20th
Holiday UPS Shipping - Domestic & International
We also offer UPS Shipping Options for domestic and international service. Orders placed after 12pm PST will ship the following business day.

General Guidelines
Orders can be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS with the following services and their typical transit times (not including holiday delays) after processing:
  • USPS First Class:  3 - 5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail:  2 - 3 business days
  • UPS Ground:  1 - 5 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air:  1 - 2 business days
  • UPS Overnight:  1 business day

What international shipping methods are available?

The services available to each country differ and our shopping cart system provides all available options to you provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Transit times vary.

What will be shipping cost for my order?

All rates are calculated based on the address provided in your shopping cart. Typically, domestic rates start around $3 USD and international around $6 USD.

How long do orders typically take to ship?

Items that are in-stock typically ship within 1 business day of order placement from our warehouse in Renton, WA (Zip: 98056). For items that are listed on backorder, please refer to the timeline specified on the product's page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world that the United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers to. If you are trying to place an order but your country is not listed or you unable to place an order, please contact us.

What is the return policy?  

If you are unhappy with your product after receiving your order and would like to return it, please contact us and we will provide instructions for returning the product. Returns may be subject to a 10% re-packaging fee and must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Is there a warranty or guarantee on PocketToolX products?

All PocketToolX products carry a 12-month warranty for defects due to materials or craftsmanship. Please contact us if your product has broken or has other issues.

Where are the products made?

Our products are proudly 100% Made in the USA with final assembly occurring in the Pacific Northwest. All components, materials and product packaging are sourced from within the USA.

Are PocketToolX products TSA-compliant?

We consider our products to be TSA-safe, meaning that they abide by the guidelines set forth by the TSA and there have been no issues with carrying them to date. Because travel restrictions change on a regular basis, we recommend checking with your airline or travel agent prior to flying with one of our products.

How should I care for my PocketToolX pocket tool?

Here are some guidelines to ensure the long life of your pocket tool:
  • Remember that your pocket tool is not meant to completely replace standard tools such as forged wrenches or pry bars.
  • Never use a cheater bar or pipe to extend the leverage of the tool. Although your pocket tool is made out of the highest grade materials, it is does not have the strength of a forged tool.
  • Keep your product dry whenever possible, as certain conditions may still lead to minor rust.
